"Heads up: the photos are accurate"
Just wanted to put this out there for anyone about to order: I got a pair of earrings from the site, and the photos were actually close to what showed up. The color and size looked almost the same in person, which was a relief because that’s not always the case when buying jewelry online.

Small warning though, the shine did look a little stronger in the pictures, probably because of the lighting they used. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, and I’m still happy with them overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Really nice sparkle"
The diamond is super sparkly, like, I noticed it right away when the light hit it. It looks really and way nicer than I was expecting.

"Returning this was SUCH a hassle"
I tried to return my order it was a total mess. The replies were super slow, the steps were confusing, and I kept having to chase them just to get any updates. Really frustrating experience, I’m NOT buying from here again...

"Designs just weren’t my style"
I wasn’t a fan of the jewelry designs. I had been looking at them online while drinking coffee one morning and the photos made everything look a lot nicer than it did in person. Once I actually saw the pieces, most of them felt kind of old-fashioned and not very creative. To me, the overall style came across a bit cheap, which was disappointing because I was hoping to find something I’d really like

"Delivery took way too long"
Ordering from tsvjewelers.com should have been simple, but the delivery part turned into a hassle for no real reason.
My tracking barely changed for days, and I kept having to check it myself because the updates weren’t clear at all. I understand that delays can happen, but not knowing what was going on made it more frustrating.

By the time the order finally moved along, the whole experience had already left a bad impression. It felt like a basic delivery was made way harder than it needed to be.

"Appraisal felt a little off"
while the certificate was included, the appraisal itself felt a bit rushed and kind of unclear. I had to ask twice just to get some basic details, which was a little frustrating.

"I’m so sick of places sneaking in..."
I’m so sick of places sneaking in extra fees at the last second, but at least here the prices were clear enough. Checkout didn’t hit me with any nasty surprises, which should be the bare minimum, but apparently a lot of companies can’t manage that. So yeah, this was actually nice.

I tried browsing TSV Jewelers and got frustrated quickly. The pages felt slow, and I kept having to click around just to find basic info. The layout wasn’t very clear, so it felt like way more work than online shopping should be.
The filters didn’t help much, and the product details seemed scattered all over the place. I ended up giving up before checkout because it was getting annoying, and I didn’t really trust that customer service would be helpful if I ran into a problem afterward.

"Gemstone was sorta underwhelming"
I was expecting the stones to look a bit nicer, but in person the gemstone looked sorta dull. i was a little disappointed.

"repair was fine, just took longer than expected"
i had my chain repaired here, and overall the work seems solid. it looks better now and the price felt fair enough. the only downside was that it took longer than they originally told me, and i had to call to get updates. not a bad experience, i just wish the communication had been a little better

"Customization felt limited"
I was hoping to tweak it more to fit what I wanted, but there just weren’t many custom options available. I also ended up going in circles with support trying to get a clear answer, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

"The jewelry itself looked nice, so no..."
The jewelry itself looked nice, so no real complaints there. But the packaging was kind of plain, especially for something that’s supposed to feel gift-ready. I know companies love to use polished wording to make things sound fancier than they are, so I wasn’t totally shocked, but I still ended up buying a better gift box myself.

"Rough Finish and I’m Taking It Up With Support"
I was disappointed with the craftsmanship on this. The edges looked rough and unfinished, which isn’t what I expected for the price. I tried to overlook it at first, but the more I looked at it, the more it bothered me. I don’t feel like it was worth what I paid, so I’ll be reaching out to customer service to see how they plan to make this right.

"I was feeling mentally drained..."
I was feeling mentally drained when I stopped in, so maybe I wasn’t in the best mood, but the stuff was decent overall. The prices just felt a little higher than I expected for what it was. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Decent ring, but I felt a little pressured"
I bought a ring from tsvjewelers.com, and the metal quality is okay, but not amazing. It looked really nice when I first got it, but after wearing it for a short time I started noticing small scratches sooner than I expected. I also felt a bit pressured to decide quickly, so maybe I didn’t think it through as much as I should have. It’s not terrible for the price, and shipping was fine, but I was hoping the metal would feel a little more solid.

"Exchange process was such a hassle"
I just wanted to do a simple exchange, but it turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. Every time I reached out, support basically said things like, “just follow the steps online” or “you’ll need to wait for approval,” which wasn’t very helpful. It felt like I had to jump through hoops for something that should’ve been straightforward

The box looked like it had been tossed around a little and was kind of messy when it showed up. I’d say the packaging felt more on the cheap side than I expected...

"Showed up scratched and bent"
The bracelet arrived with scratches on it and one of the clasps was bent. The box looked fine so I’m not really sure what happened during shipping. I emailed support but the condition it came in just ruined it for me. I wouldn’t order again

"Support got back to me ridiculously fast"
I had a good experience with support. I expected to wait a while, but they got back to me quicker than I thought, which was kind of ridiculous in a good way. Overall, really solid help.

"Engraving could’ve been better"
The item itself arrived in good shape, so that was fine, but… the engraving just didn’t look great. It was kind of light and a little uneven in spots. For the price, I guess I expected it to look cleaner. So yeah, a bit disappointing.
